Terms and Conditions

Version 3.2Last updated: October 2026
On this page

Welcome to Axo Longevity ("Axo", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, app, content, products and services (the "Services"). Please read them carefully.

Who you are contracting with. Wherever you are located, you are contracting with Axo Longevity UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17169283), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. "Axo", "we", "us" and "our" mean Axo Longevity UK Ltd.

Not a healthcare provider. Axo provides wellness and performance guidance and educational insights. Axo is not a healthcare provider, does not practise medicine, and our Services do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always seek the advice of your doctor or another qualified health professional about any medical condition. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

1. Scope and agreement

These Terms apply to your use of axolongevity.com, our app and any Services we provide. By creating an account or buying or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • Age: you must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
  • Account information: you agree to give accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
  • One account: you may have only one personal account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Closing your account: you may close your account at any time in the app or by contacting support@axolongevity.com.

3. Licence and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, Axo grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or exploit the Services or any content, except as these Terms allow;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code;
  • use the Services unlawfully, introduce malware, scrape or harvest data without permission, or interfere with the Services; or
  • misrepresent your identity, use another person's account or attempt to gain unauthorised access.

4. AI-powered features

Some features use AI to help generate wellness insights. AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect or not applicable to your situation. They are a tool to support your own judgement and are not medical advice or a substitute for clinical care. Our AI features do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you. Data used for AI features is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases, memberships and billing

  • Prices: current prices, membership tiers and any limits are shown at checkout or in the app. Our testing services are medical testing services that are exempt from VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices. If any other tax applies, it will be shown at checkout.
  • Payment: you authorise Axo and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for fees when they are due.
  • Renewal: memberships renew automatically at the end of each membership period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will remind you before an annual renewal, at least 14 days before you are charged, with the renewal date, the price and how to cancel. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in the app or by emailing support@axolongevity.com.
  • Price changes: we may change membership prices to reflect changes in our costs. We will tell you about any increase at least 30 days before it applies to you. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect without any charge. We may choose to delay or not apply a notified increase.
  • Trials and promotions: trials or promotional offers may convert to a paid membership if not cancelled before the promotional period ends. We will tell you this, and the price, before you sign up.
  • Credits: credits, points and similar benefits are promotional, have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may expire as shown in the app.
  • Buy now, pay later: where available, you may use a third-party buy-now-pay-later service (such as Klarna or Scalapay). That transaction is governed by the provider's own terms. Axo is not responsible for any fees, interest or penalties the provider charges.
  • Pausing: where we offer it, pausing a membership suspends your access for the pause period and no fees are charged during it. Your membership resumes automatically at the end of the pause unless you cancel first.
  • Chargebacks: if a payment is reversed or not made, we may suspend access until it is resolved. Please contact us first if you think a charge is wrong.

5A. Cancellation and refunds

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available at axolongevity.com/refund-policy and shown at checkout, forms part of these Terms. In summary:

  • 14-day right to cancel: you may cancel any purchase, and any annual renewal, within 14 days without giving a reason. If you ask us to start the Services within those 14 days (for example by booking a lab appointment or receiving a test kit), the amount refunded will reflect what has already been provided, as set out in the Policy. Once your sample has been collected or analysis has begun, that test is treated as provided. If your membership includes a follow-up test that you have not yet taken, we will refund the value of that test. The follow-up test is a smaller panel, so it accounts for less than half of the membership fee; the Policy sets out the amount.
  • How to cancel: email support@axolongevity.com or use the cancellation option in the app. Your cancellation takes effect immediately; any feedback call we offer is optional and never delays it.
  • Delivery guarantee: if Axo or a laboratory partner fails to deliver what you paid for (for example an insufficient sample, a lab processing error, or materially incomplete testing), you are entitled to a free retest of the affected biomarkers or a refund of the affected part of the fee. This applies whenever the failure happens, not only within 14 days.
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing a refund is due. Where a refund is due under the delivery guarantee or as a goodwill gesture, we may offer you the choice of an Axo gift card of equal value instead.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or equivalent EU law.

6. Referrals and promotions

From time to time we may run referral, ambassador or other promotional programmes. We may set eligibility rules, caps, geographic limits and values, and may withhold or cancel rewards in cases of fraud or misuse. The details will be shown wherever the offer appears.

6A. Gift cards

  • Redemption: gift cards, vouchers and gift memberships ("Gift Cards") can be redeemed for eligible Axo Services at checkout. They cannot be exchanged for cash unless the law requires it.
  • Cancelling a purchase: the buyer may cancel the purchase of an unredeemed Gift Card within 14 days.
  • Expiry: Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless a different period is stated when you buy, or the law requires a longer period.
  • Lost or stolen: please keep your Gift Card code safe. We may replace a lost Gift Card if you can show proof of purchase.
  • Fraud: we may cancel any Gift Card obtained through fraud or misuse.

Once redeemed, the membership or product is covered by these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy in the same way as a direct purchase.

7. Laboratories, testing and third-party services

  • Appointments: any lab appointment or time slot chosen at checkout is a request and is confirmed separately by Axo or the laboratory partner.
  • Testing partners: blood draws, sample collection and laboratory analysis are carried out by accredited laboratory and collection partners selected by Axo. Axo does not itself perform phlebotomy, laboratory analysis, diagnosis or treatment. We take reasonable care in choosing and managing our partners, and remain responsible to you for delivering the Services you have paid for.
  • Results and interpretation: results are provided for information and wellness purposes and may need professional interpretation by your doctor.
  • Accuracy: results can vary with laboratory method, sample handling and transport, time of day, hydration, medication and other factors, and results from different laboratories or dates may not be directly comparable. Where a result is affected by an error in collection or analysis, the delivery guarantee in section 5A applies.
  • Results needing urgent attention: if a result falls within a critical range, we will tell you straight away by email or another contact method on file and explain the next steps. A critical value is not always a sign of a health problem: it can be caused by an issue with the sample or the test, in which case we may arrange a retest. Where appropriate, we will recommend that you speak to a doctor. This is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. You remain responsible for seeking medical care when you need it.
  • Other third-party services (such as wearables and payment providers) are independent of Axo and have their own terms and privacy policies.

7A. Events and in-person services

  • Taking part: attendance at Axo events, and any on-site services such as blood draws or screenings, is voluntary.
  • Third-party providers: clinical services at events are carried out by independent providers under section 7.
  • Health information: on-site screenings and results are for information and wellness purposes only and are not medical advice.
  • Photos and video: photos and video may be taken at events. We will ask for your consent before using identifiable images of you in our marketing, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing privacy@axolongevity.com.
  • Changes and cancellation: we may change, postpone or cancel an event. If we cancel, any fee paid specifically to attend will be refunded or credited. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs unless caused by our negligence.
  • Conduct: we may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, threatening or breaches these Terms.
  • Your data: personal data collected at events, including health data from on-site services, is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

7B. At-home testing

  • Collection partners: at-home blood draws are carried out by qualified phlebotomists provided through our collection partners.
  • Your responsibilities: please provide a safe, clean and well-lit space, tell us in advance about any relevant medical conditions (such as bleeding disorders or a fear of needles), and follow the pre-test instructions.
  • Consent: by booking an at-home appointment you consent to the blood draw or sample collection. You may withdraw your consent at any time before the procedure starts.
  • Unusable samples: if a sample cannot be used, we will arrange a replacement collection at no extra cost under the delivery guarantee in section 5A.

7C. Wearables and device data

  • Third-party data: if you connect a wearable or health app (such as WHOOP, Oura or Apple Health), the data comes from that manufacturer or developer. We do not verify its accuracy.
  • No medical reliance: insights from wearable data are for information and wellness purposes only. Please speak to a health professional before acting on them.
  • Disconnecting: you can disconnect a device at any time in your account settings. Device data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

7D. Results turnaround and incomplete results

  • Turnaround: results are usually available within 3 to 4 weeks of sample collection. This is an estimate and can vary by laboratory, market and add-ons.
  • Incomplete results: it is not always possible to complete every biomarker in a single testing cycle. Where testing is incomplete or unsuccessful, the delivery guarantee in section 5A applies.

8. Intellectual property and your content

  • Axo IP: the Services, including software, text, graphics, logos and designs, are owned by Axo or our licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
  • Your content: you keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Axo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it only to operate, improve and provide the Services.
  • Community rules: do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful or explicit, or that breaches anyone's privacy or rights.
  • Feedback: if you send us ideas or suggestions, you allow Axo to use them without restriction or payment.

9. Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available at axolongevity.com/privacy, explain how we handle your personal data. California residents can use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer.

When your membership ends or your account is closed, we keep your personal data, including health and biomarker data, for the period set out in our Privacy Policy and then delete or anonymise it securely. You can ask us to delete your data sooner by emailing privacy@axolongevity.com, unless the law requires us to keep certain records. Once deleted, your historical results and insights will no longer be available.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and AI outputs must not be used as medical advice. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to services provided with reasonable care and skill and as described.

11. Limitation of liability

What we are not responsible for. To the extent permitted by law, Axo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity, or for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you entered into these Terms. Our Services are for domestic and private use.

Our maximum liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid Axo in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or £100 / US$100, whichever is greater.

What we do not limit. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK or EU.

Customers outside the UK and EU. Any claim must be brought within 12 months of the event giving rise to it, to the extent permitted by the law of the country where you live.

12. Indemnity

If you live outside the UK and EU, you agree to indemnify Axo against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your breach of any law or third-party right. This section does not apply to consumers in the UK or EU.

13. Suspension and ending these Terms

  • By you: you can end your membership at any time as described in section 5A.
  • By us, for a reason: we may suspend or end your access straight away if you seriously breach these Terms, do not pay, act fraudulently, or put the security of the Services or other members at risk.
  • By us, without a reason: we may otherwise end your membership by giving you at least 30 days' notice. If we do, we will refund any fees you have paid for the part of your membership you will not receive.

When your access ends, your licence to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 8, 11 and 15) remain in effect.

14. Changes to the Services and these Terms

  • Services: we may update or improve the Services from time to time. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you and you may cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of your membership.
  • Terms: we may update these Terms, for example to reflect changes in law or our Services. We will tell you about significant changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel your membership before the changes take effect and receive a refund for any unused period you have paid for.

15. General

  • Governing law and courts: these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or outside the UK, in the courts where you live if the law allows. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
  • Events outside our control: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government action, strikes, laboratory closures, postal or logistics failures, power or telecoms outages or cyberattacks. If this happens, we will tell you as soon as we can and do what we reasonably can to limit the effect. If the delay is significant, you may cancel and receive a refund for Services not provided.
  • Transfer: you may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them to another organisation, and will make sure this does not reduce your rights.
  • Severability: if a court decides any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver: if we delay enforcing these Terms, we can still enforce them later.
  • Entire agreement: these Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms shown at checkout make up the whole agreement between you and Axo.
  • Third-party rights: no one other than you and Axo has any right to enforce these Terms, including under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
  • Electronic acceptance and notices: accepting these Terms at checkout or in the app, and any consents you give through the Services, are valid electronic signatures. You agree to receive notices by email or in the app.
  • Export: you agree to comply with any export control laws that apply to you.
  • Language: these Terms are in English. Translations are for convenience only.

16. Complaints and disputes

Complaints. If you are unhappy with any part of the Services, please contact support@axolongevity.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to give you a full response within 14 business days.

UK and EU consumers. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can contact Citizens Advice (UK) or the European Consumer Centre in your country (EU) for advice, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

Customers outside the UK and EU. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days of you contacting legal@axolongevity.com, either of us may bring proceedings in the courts described in section 15.
